The return policy of the company states that it lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, the company cannot offer a refund or exchange. The item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The company does not accept return of gift cards and vouchers.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The company also notes that there are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. This includes any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to the company’s error. Additionally, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may also only be eligible for a partial refund, if applicable.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, and unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Once we receive your jewellery, we will assess the repair and provide you with an estimate of the cost and the expected timeframe for the repair to be completed.

We recommend that you insure your package and send it via a secure and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Once the repair is complete, we will notify you and arrange for the item to be shipped back to you.
